• Anti-Scratch Matt (Bio-PP, 30% bio-based) — tougher matt surface that resists rub and bag scuff.

Design tips - faster approvals, smarter results

• Glue and score zones - Keep glue areas unlaminated where required (allow 6–10 mm flaps).
• Spot UV pairing - The biggest pop is soft-touch or matt + spot UV (supply a separate SPOTUV layer).
• Dark solids - Choose anti-scratch or anti-smudge soft touch to minimise rub.
• Folds and creases - Plan channel creasing for heavier boards, keep grain parallel to the spine/fold.
• Holographics and metal films - Avoid micro-type reversed out of heavy areas (we’ll sample pattern visibility over your artwork).
• Proofing - We can laminate on your actual stock and run a rub/curl test before production.

Quality you can see and feel

We match film, adhesive and press stack to your stock and finish sequence, then test for rub, slip and curl. Spot UV, foil, emboss and die-cutting are sequenced for clean edges and long-lasting surfaces.

Sustainability‍

Options include 30% bio-based Bio-PP, PCR content films, and cellulose-based films for specific end-of-life routes. We’ll help balance durability (to prevent reprints) with recyclability goals and provide material data sheets on request.
