Nex Skincare

For Nex Skincare, the brief was to create e-commerce packaging that delivered impact on arrival and protection in transit.

The starting point was material with Colorplan Pristine White selected for its clean base tone.



A bespoke metallic gold ink mix introduced warmth and brand presence, printed to the outer liner sheet.
Silkweave emboss applied to add texture that is subtle, tactile, and refined.

The printed sheet was then mounted to premium E-flute board (long flute), combining rigidity with a lightweight profile suitable for shipping.

Precision die-cutting defines the form, while engineered inserts ensure a snug fit, protecting the product without excess movement. Peel strips complete the functionality.
